It can all change tomorrow — that is hope
Life is fantastic with hope it can be even better
My life is great today, I hope it will be even better tomorrow
Hope opens our eyes to the beauty around us –the face of a young baby, the love in the eyes looking at us –the sunrise of a new day. Hope allows laughter to come; laughter that triumphs over despair; laughter that cures grief. Even if hope is deep in our hearts, it is an ingredient needed to keep pain and despair from taking over our lives. Depression leaping up to overwhelm us; to keep us in a deep pit of darkness is defeated by the hope that is the light that shines brightly, pushing away those dark times. So let us be strengthen by hope when tragedy strikes. Hope for a better tomorrow, for a time when the cut will be healed, the loss comforted, the love fulfilled. Maybe, just maybe, with hope can come a purpose, a renewed belief in the future and just the strength to get up and face another day.
“We should ask God to increase our hope when it is small, awaken when it is dormant, confirm it when it is wavering, strengthen it when it is weak, and raise it up when it is overthrown.”
John Calvin
