Each day is a new beginning—-a new start—-on life. You will be making decisions, dealing with disappointments and all those little moments of frustration that set in. Your attitude seems to adjust to whatever you are feeling at the moment. I find that if I stop magnifying the problem, life at at that moment is not so overwhelming that I can deal with ………….whatever.

I have found that I deal with most of my problems that arise each day by doing one of the following:

• stop trying to solve the problem immediately
• take time out, meditate, take deep breathes, count to ten and when all else fails I pray
• the saying “this too shall pass” will help
