Did you know that laughter and meditation are good for you? That old saying ”laughter is the best medicine ” is true. It releases gamma wave activity and endorphins which are mood elevators. Meditation has benefits too. It helps to balance your inner self and also releases the good mood feeling you get from laughter. Studies have shown that laughter sets of brain patterns similar to those who meditate. Meditation may not be for everyone but humor and laughter is and in the interest of health– we should laugh often and out loud. I have a quote that use quite often and it is “End worrying with a ten minute meditation. Talk to God, He will listen”.
